Training with One 2 One has opened my eyes to simpler ways to get fitter and i've also gained a better understanding of my diet as before it was just lack of knowledge
Being a mother of 2 children and holding down a part time job was proving difficult for me to fit in any exercise away from home and the worst thing was my eating habits were becoming increasingly worrying, i have learnt through eating smarter and frequent minimal exercise that my "look better" goals are achievable.
Richard is brilliant. He surprises me every week with new ways to challenge and push myself. My upper body and core strength have improved so much since I started my sessions.

Their approach to fitness is unlike you'd imagine, for instance i like a glass of wine and a takeaway every now and then which i am very aware this is not the best road for me to be taking if i'm going to look my best. We trained indoors and outdoors mixing it up with pad work, cardio and muscular conditioning and my stamina has increased massively over 3 months.. Highly Reccomended
I use to go to the gym quite often and obviously spent lots on membership over time, i was the person on the treadmill and cross trainer who really had no true understanding of what i was doing or was it working. One 2 One tailored an exercise plan and dietary regime to suit my goals and aspirations in the time and environment that suited my lifestyle, Thank you!
